Michigan Primary

Consumer Power Fails Me

On Monday, January7 I came home from working a twelve hour shift to find out that my power had been shut off at my house by Consumer's Power due to non-payment.  Now I am not a perfect person and I have been struggling as have many to make my payments on time but I was totally surprised by Consumer's actions for several reasons.  First of all, I had an outstanding balance of only $100 when the power was shut off.  It cost me $161 to get it turned back on due to reconnection fees, etc.  The worst part was that ...<< MORE >>

It's a Race Folks!!

Well, regardless of my poor predictions, the New Hampshire primary results are in and we have a race in both parties folks.  Sorry Mr. Huckabee, reality has set in amongst voters.  And Mr. Obama, the real battle has just begun...too bad you aren't on the ticket in Michigan, eh?
